Shipping and Return Policy


All orders are FOB Shipping Point.

I. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on parcel weight and zip/postcode, and are automatically applied at checkout. For orders greater that $1000 or 30 kg in weight, additional shipping charges may be required, if applicable we will contact your by phone or e-mail.

Shipping fees should reflect correctly at checkout. However, in some cases when shipping to remote locations or when shipping liquid items in glass or plastic, heavy items, or items in large containers or packaging, additional shipping charge may apply. If applicable, we will contact you by phone or e-mail in order to complete processing your order.

II. Insuring Your Parcel

All parcels are automatically insured up to $100. For larger orders we recommend customers to choose the "Fully Insured" shipping option at checkout for peace of mind. If a "Fully Insured" option does not appear for orders above $100, please contact us for a quotation. We are not liable for damage during shipping.

III. Delivery

Order tracking details will be e-mailed to you. Orders will be delivered by Canada Post or other recognized courier. Standard delivery within Canada is 3 - 7 business days after order processing. If an item is temporarily unavailable from our suppliers you will be informed promptly by e-mail or telephone. In case we have made a shipping error, please e-mail or phone us within one week of receiving your order and we will correct it as soon as possible.

IV. Receiving Shipped Goods

If you are not able to receive goods at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to follow up with the courier to pickup your package(s) from the courier's post office. Failure to pick up or receive you packages and the outcome resulting from such failure are not the responsibility of

It is your responsibility to indicate any damage to the exterior of any shipped package(s) on the shipping waybill at the time of receipt of goods, and to retain a copy of the shipping waybill if such damage is noted. This process is required to identify if any possible damage to the product is the result of shipping and to process refunds for damaged products.

V. United States Shipping

United States shipping charges do not include any additional tariffs or fees that may be incurred. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to dis-allow the shipment of certain products to customers in the United States. These may include large quantities of products in glass containers, products in oversized containers or packaging, products with excessive weight, products that are heat sensitive, products not allowed for distribution from Canada to the United States, and or products not yet approved for import to the United States by the US Food & Drug Agency.

All United States sales are final. While there is no guarantee, we may consider some special exceptions.


I. Return Requirements

Unopened products (in the original unopened manufacturer's packaging) may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Before returning any item, please e-mail or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN), and instructions for how to return the product. Returns cannot be processed without a RAN. A 20% restocking fee may apply. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. If a returned package has been opened or the original manufacture's packaging is missing or damaged, then no refund can be provided.

Please note that some item are final sale and cannot be returned for example items that require refrigeration or personal use items.

II. Product Issues

If the product is not working as stated by the manufacturer or is defective, please e-mail us within 30 days of the original purchase date so we can work with you to find a resolution.

III. United States Returns

No returns are accepted on product sold to the United States. While there is no guarantee, we may consider some special exceptions.
